The Internal Quality Assurance & Standards Office (IQASO), led by Senior Mistress Ms. Jean Waiganjo, works to continuously improve the quality of education and the overall school experience.
What we do
- Support teaching and support staff and their well-being associations
- Monitor student welfare and run well-being surveys
- Track termly academic performance, including national examinations
- Conduct weekly inspections of classrooms and dormitories with the boarding and quality teams
- Give recommendations to staff and administration based on our findings
- Organise the annual inter-house Bull competition, tallying marks to encourage healthy competition in house, field and classroom
